All custom orders will be started once payment is received. Due to the customization of our products, no refunds can be given once an order has been started.

All products are made by hand and every effort is made to ensure they are as close to perfect as possible. We want you to be happy with your order. Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if it does not meet with your approval.

Current turnaround times will be updated on the website as well as social media. During holiday seasons, completion times will be extended. You will be provided a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please contact us at orders@3113designs.com to discuss completion times if you are needing a specific deadline.
